Purchasing
 
There are various voucher denominations available. If the value you require is not listed, please email info@janeblairart.co.uk with your request.
 
Vouchers have 15 months validity.  Please note, commissions using vouchers as payment will not be completed during November and December.
 
A gift message can be entered at checkout.  If you would like a physical voucher sent directly to the recipient, please provide their address in the message box at checkout.

Gift vouchers have a unique code that is needed for redemption. Please also keep your receipt as proof of purchase. 
 
Delivery
 
Delivery can be via email or by post, as requested at checkout.
 
By email (free) - a printable PDF will be sent to the purchaser directly, from info@janeblairart.co.uk. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery and check spam folders if it has not arrived in your main inbox within that timeframe. 
 
By post (£1.99) - an A5 handwritten voucher card will be sent to the purchaser with an additional envelope. If you would like the voucher to be sent directly to the recipient, please provide the details at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch.
 
Redemption
 
Gift vouchers may be redeemed in whole or in part against prints, original artwork, and commissions. No change will be given. A voucher can only be used once but may be used to purchase multiple items.
 
To redeem a voucher, please email info@janeblairart.co.uk detailing your request. Please ensure you quote your unique voucher code.
 
Commissioned work will be completed from January to October and may take 6-8 weeks to complete. An estimated completion date will be provided at the time the commission is agreed. 
 
All orders must be placed by the expiry date.  If ordering a commission, suitable digital photographs must be provided at the time of ordering.  Photographs will be assessed free of charge.
