Why a gift card?

A portrait can be a very special gift but sometimes it can be hard to arrange if you don't have access to the best photographs.  A gift voucher can allow the recipient to choose their favourite picture and say exactly how they'd like it to be!  It will still be a lovely surprise and they will have also be able to receive progress photographs as their portrait comes together.

Purchasing

 

Gift vouchers are available to purchase in the online shop.

There are various voucher denominations available at checkout. If the value you require is not listed, please email info@janeblairart.co.uk with your request.

 

Vouchers have 15 months validity.  Please note, commissions using vouchers as payment will not be completed during November and December.

 

A gift message can be entered at checkout.

Gift vouchers have a unique code that is needed for redemption. Please also keep your receipt as proof of purchase. 

 

Delivery

 

Delivery can be via email or by post, as requested at checkout.

 

By email (free) - a PDF voucher will be sent to the purchaser to be printed or forwarded.

 

By post (£1.99) - an A5 handwritten voucher card will be sent to the purchaser with an additional envelope. If you would like the voucher to be sent directly to the recipient, please provide their address details in a message at checkout.

 

Redemption

 

Gift vouchers may be redeemed in whole or in part against prints, original artwork and commissions. No change will be given. A voucher can only be used once but may be used to purchase multiple items.

 

To redeem a voucher, please email info@janeblairart.co.uk detailing your request. Please ensure you quote your unique voucher code.

 

All orders must be placed by the expiry date.  If ordering a commission, suitable digital photographs must be provided at the time of ordering.  Photographs must be of sufficient resolution for a portrait to be produced. The artist will determine the suitability of the photographs submitted.  If submitted photographs have insufficient detail, further examples will be requested. Extension of the gift voucher expiry date to source suitable photographs is at the discretion of the artist.

Commissioned work will be completed from January to October and may take 6-8 weeks. An estimated completion date will be provided at the time the commission is agreed.
